About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our brand organically across Instagram and other platforms. The role focuses on creating reels and posts, managing DMs and inquiries, and building a consistent content presence in the fashion, retail, and customization space.

This is not an agency-style role — we’re looking for someone who is personally invested, understands storytelling, and can translate real business operations into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit Instagram reels and posts (educational, behind-the-scenes, process-based content)
• Plan and execute an organic content strategy
• Handle DMs, comments, and customer inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with the internal team for content ideas and shoots
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves)
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in social media (fashion / retail preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
• Basic video editing skills (mobile-first is okay)
• Comfortable with on-ground shoots in stores / workshops
• Good communication and written skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable
• Experience with fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C brands is a big plus

Nice to Have

• Understanding of embroidery, printing, or customization businesses
• Ability to write simple, engaging captions
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
