Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Create captions, hashtags, and basic creatives (coordination with design team).
- Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Prepare regular performance reports and improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Basic understanding of paid ads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or IT industry
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Video content planning (Reels, Shorts)
