Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, product walkthroughs, before/after transformations).
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars focused on interior design, furniture, styling, and store highlights.
- Conduct product shoots inside the showroom to showcase collections and new arrivals.
Branding & Marketing Strategy
- Build digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract walk-in customers.
- Plan and execute campaigns around new collections, festive sales, and interior themes.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and inspirations from global interior brands.
- Work closely with the management and design team to align marketing with brand aesthetics.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
- Respond to customer inquiries received through social media platforms.
- Drive leads for walk-ins, appointments, and interior project inquiries.
- Collaborate with influencers and interior designers for partnerships and promotions.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor social analytics (reach, engagement, audience growth, conversions).
- Manage paid ads on Meta/Google to boost product awareness and footfall.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing/social media management (interior, furniture, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred).
- Strong understanding of interior décor aesthetics and visual styling.
- Skilled in photography, videography, Canva/Adobe/CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
