This position is part of HealthKart, India’s leading nutrition and supplement platform, which houses brands like MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, TrueBasics and Gritzo.
Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience managing campaigns in a D2C or agency environment, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for HK Vitals across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Create engaging content calendars in line with brand voice, campaigns, and product launches.

Drive ROI-focused campaigns with clear KPIs, including conversions, lead generation, and sales.

Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to conceptualize campaigns, creatives, and influencer partnerships.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to continuously optimize performance.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Manage paid media budgets on social platforms to maximize ROI.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social touchpoints.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:

5+ years of social media management experience in a D2C brand or digital/creative agency.

Strong understanding of ROI-driven campaigns, KPIs, and analytics.

Expertise in content strategy, community management, and influencer marketing.

Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
