About the Role

We are looking for a creative and communication-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media and digital marketing campaigns. The role involves content ideation, copywriting, campaign execution, lead generation, and performance tracking across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Strategy

• Plan and implement creative social media strategies for multiple platforms and industries.
• Create engaging social media content including captions, one-liners, memes, puns, and ad copies.
• Ensure brand consistency using appropriate colors, layouts, and content formats.
• Work closely with graphic designers for timely creative execution.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns for digital products such as websites and mobile applications.
• Provide ideas for offline creatives like brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Execute paid and organic digital marketing campaigns including social media ads and viral content.

Lead Generation & Brand Building

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads through digital marketing initiatives.
• Build brand awareness and improve online visibility across platforms.
• Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs (likes, shares, reach, engagement, conversions).
• Prepare and maintain campaign sheets, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Present reports and insights to the core management team.

SEO & Website Management

• Perform continuous SEO activities to improve website ranking.
• Manage and update website content and online assets.
• Research market trends and implement innovative marketing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong social media copywriting and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and viral marketing.
• Basic knowledge of design principles (colors, layouts, formats).
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing tools, and online advertising.
• Comfortable using technical and digital marketing terminology.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
