Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organic growth, paid advertising, content creation, graphic design, video editing, and campaign optimization while aligning with US market trends and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and YouTube

Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

Content Creation & Strategy

Create engaging organic content including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and carousels

Develop content strategies for awareness, engagement, and lead generation

Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs for US-based audiences

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates

Graphic Design & Video Editing

Design high-quality creatives using Canva Pro

Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar

Create motion graphics, reels, ads creatives, and promotional videos

Paid Advertising (Social Media Ads)

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:

Facebook & Instagram Ads

LinkedIn Ads

TikTok Ads (bonus)

Handle audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization

Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Analyze data and recommend improvements for better ROI

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with SEO, Paid Ads, Design, and Content teams

Coordinate with clients to understand goals and expectations

Provide ideas and suggestions for overall digital marketing growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer

Strong understanding of organic & paid social media strategies

Expertise in Canva Pro (Graphic Design)

Video editing skills (short-form & ad videos)

Experience running paid social media ads

Knowledge of US market trends & audience behavior

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Technical Skills

Canva Pro

Meta Ads Manager

Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)

Video editing tools (CapCut / Adobe tools preferred)

Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing funnels

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Experience working with US-based clients

Knowledge of TikTok & YouTube Shorts growth

Influencer marketing experience

Basic copywriting or content marketing background
