Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our organization’s digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing content while ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement.

This role requires a hands-on professional who understands social media trends, audience behavior, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and post concepts aligned with brand strategy
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement professionally
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors
• Track analytics, insights, and performance metrics to optimize content
• Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
