THRAYAM Productions is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for capturing the "behind-the-scenes" magic of our productions and turning our portfolio into viral, engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and "snackable" video content (Reels/TikToks) on-site at our events and production sets.
• Community Management: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and build a community around the THRAYAM brand.
• Copywriting: Write compelling, witty, and professional captions in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Analytics: Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, music, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing social media for a creative agency, production house, or luxury brand.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot) and basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Portfolio: A proven track record of growing accounts and a portfolio of high-quality video content.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in English. Arabic fluency is a massive advantage for the Dubai market.
• Personality: Highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
