About Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to design engaging posts, edit high-quality videos, and manage content across multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team, staying updated on trends, and optimizing content for engagement. Ideal candidates have experience in social media, design, and video editing, with strong creativity and attention to detail..

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design visually appealing social media posts tailored for different platforms.
• Edit videos for reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Upload and schedule posts across social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
• Ensure all designs and videos align with the brand identity and communication strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their content formats.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, video editing, and managing posts.
• Prior experience working with brands, agencies, or startups.
