Social Media Manager

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all Fun City social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Capture and coordinate photo/video content during events, launches, and in-door activities.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, queries).
  • Create and execute creative campaigns, reels, and trending content to increase reach and engagement.
  • Bring in new creative ideas for social media Campaigns that adds up value to the brand.
  • Plan, run, and strategize paid social media advertising campaigns, including running ads on posts and performance-based ads.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and manage monthly ad budgets in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution.
  • Handle influencer coordination and content collaborations when required.
  • Monitor social media insights, performance metrics, and maintain and optimize the metrices also prepare monthly performance reports
  • Bring in new ideasto the table that are effective and will help to stay up to date with the trends.
  • Ensure brand voice, visual consistency, and make sure tone is maintained across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and ad managers.
  • Creative thinking with good copywriting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of video editing and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site during events, weekends, and peak hours when required.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and time-management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in social media or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital role.
  • Experience in entertainment, events, retail, or F&B industry will be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with content planning, reels, and platform analytics.
