Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across all major social platforms. You will be responsible for building engagement, growing audiences, and turning social media into a powerful business and brand growth channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create, publish, and manage high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, short-form videos)
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and conversions through organic and paid campaigns
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice
• Analyze performance using insights and analytics; optimize content based on data
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns to support marketing goals
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Engage with the community: comments, messages, brand mentions
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams
• Manage influencers, partnerships, and brand collaborations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and algorithms
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, short-form video)
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
• Ability to run and optimize paid social ads
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends and branding

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools
• Influencer marketing experience
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or performance marketing
• Experience managing multiple brands or high-growth accounts
