About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to serve as the global lead for social across our nutrition, skincare, and personal care portfolio. This is a highly visible individual contributor role responsible for setting global strategy, driving brand storytelling, and delivering measurable growth across owned social channels in support of both our e-commerce and network marketing businesses.
The ideal candidate blends brand instinct with performance rigor—someone who understands community-building, social commerce, and distributor-driven amplification, and can translate global strategy into compelling, locally adaptable content. This role requires someone who is not only a strategist but also a hands-on creator who can concept, produce, and publish high-quality content independently.
Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing:
Global Strategy & Leadership

Own and lead the global social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn as appropriate).

Develop annual and quarterly social roadmaps aligned to brand, product launch, and commercial priorities.

Serve as the center of excellence for social media, establishing best practices, playbooks, and toolkits for regional markets and independent distributors.

Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, E-commerce, Field/Network Marketing, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams.
Content & Community

Develop and manage the global content calendar across nutrition, skincare, and personal care categories.

Personally create compelling content including short-form video (Reels/TikTok), product education, tutorials, lifestyle content, stories, and basic graphic assets.

Shoot and edit video content using mobile and lightweight production tools; comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera.

Write engaging, conversion-oriented copy tailored to platform best practices.

Drive community engagement strategies that increase loyalty, advocacy, and social proof.
E-commerce & Social Commerce

Optimize social channels to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Lead social commerce initiatives including shoppable posts, IC tools, and live shopping.
Network Marketing Enablement

Create scalable content frameworks and shareable assets to empower field leaders and Independent Consultants.

Provide guidance on compliant product claims and brand messaging in partnership with Regulatory.

Identify and amplify top-performing Independent Consultant content and success stories.
Analytics & Performance

Define KPIs across engagement, growth, conversion, and revenue.

Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting with insights and optimization plans.

Leverage data to refine audience targeting, content mix, posting cadence, and channel investment.

Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in training and communication or equivalent experience.

3 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within beauty, wellness, nutrition, or personal care.

Proven track record of growing global social communities and driving measurable business results.

Strong understanding of social commerce and user-generated content.

Experience working with global teams and managing culturally relevant content strategies.

Deep familiarity with analytics tools, social management platforms, and performance reporting.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills with strong visual instincts.
