Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting our apartment listings, and running targeted advertising campaigns to attract potential clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Create high-quality Reels and short-form videos showcasing apartments, amenities, and property highlights.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, captions, hashtags).
• Design and manage paid advertising campaigns for:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Develop creative ad strategies targeting potential tenants and real estate investors.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and campaign results.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Experience creating engaging video content (Reels preferred).
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Ability to analyze insights and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus.

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
