About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan and secondary market properties. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and build a powerful digital brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company sales targets.
• Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce engaging content including reels, property videos, carousels, graphics, and captions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Generate qualified leads through social media platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
• Monitor trends in the UAE real estate market and competitor activities.
• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with sales team for property promotions, launches, and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms.
• Experience running paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
