Social Media Manager

We are building multiple personal brands in the e-commerce space (Shopify, Amazon, and digital growth).
Our goal is to create a content-driven authority ecosystem that generates inbound leads and drives business growth.
This role is not about posting content.
You will be responsible for:
Building and scaling personal brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
Turning content into attention, authority, and inbound leads
Using AI tools and systems to increase speed, quality, and output
This is a high ownership role where you will work directly with the founder and eventually lead the content function.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop platform-specific strategies for:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • X
  • Research:
  • Viral trends
  • Competitor content
  • High-performing formats in e-commerce (Shopify & Amazon)
  • Build weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals

2. Content Ideation, Scripting & Messaging

  • Generate:
  • Viral hooks
  • Video concepts
  • Series ideas
  • Write or guide writing of:
  • Short-form scripts
  • Long-form video outlines
  • LinkedIn content
  • Ensure messaging aligns with:
  • Authority building
  • Lead generation

3. AI-Driven Content Systems

  • Use AI tools to:
  • Generate ideas
  • Improve scripts
  • Repurpose content
  • Analyze performance
  • Build workflows to:
  • Increase content output
  • Reduce production time
  • Continuously test new AI tools and systems

4. Content Production Management

  • Plan and manage:
  • Content shoots
  • Recording schedules
  • Direct the founder on:
  • Delivery
  • Hooks
  • On-camera performance
  • Coordinate with video editors:
  • Provide clear briefs
  • Maintain editing style and quality

5. Distribution & Repurposing

  • Turn 1 piece of content into multiple assets:
  • Shorts / Reels
  • Carousels
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Ensure consistent posting across platforms
  • Maximize reach through smart distribution

6. Platform Optimization & Growth

  • Optimize profiles:
  • Bios
  • Covers
  • Thumbnails
  • Links
  • Understand and leverage platform algorithms
  • Track trends and adapt quickly

7. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor:
  • Views
  • Engagement
  • Follower growth
  • Lead generation
  • Identify winning content patterns
  • Iterate based on data

8. Lead Generation Alignment

  • Align content with:
  • Offers
  • Funnels
  • CTAs
  • Support inbound pipeline:
  • Content → DM → Call

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:

  • Experience managing personal brands or content-driven accounts
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • X
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and workflows (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
  • Ability to identify viral trends and content patterns
  • Strong copywriting skills (hooks, scripts, posts)
  • Experience working with editors and content teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in:
  • E-commerce (Shopify / Amazon)
  • Digital marketing or agencies
  • Understanding of:
  • Funnels
  • Conversion psychology
  • Basic editing knowledge
