Social Media Manager

【Job Summary】

Z Gallerie is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive our brand presence across key social platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook. You will be responsible for content strategy, community engagement, and performance analysis, turning our brand aesthetic into compelling social stories that resonate with our audience. Working closely with the LA creative team and liaising with our China counterparts, you will ensure a cohesive global social media presence that supports marketing goals and enhances brand loyalty.

【Responsibilities】

● Develop and execute a social media content calendar, creating engaging posts, short videos, Reels, and Stories that showcase our products and lifestyle.

● Actively manage community interactions by responding to comments and DMs, fostering a positive and engaged online community.

● Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize content strategy and reporting.

● Collaborate with the Brand Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and China teams to align social content with product launches and brand campaigns.

● Stay ahead of social media trends and competitor activities, bringing fresh ideas to keep Z Gallerie's social presence innovative and relevant.

【Requirements】

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

● 5-10 years of social media management experience; experience in home, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. Proven track record of growing engagement and followers.

● Deep understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and best practices; familiarity with social media management tools.

● Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft brand-aligned, engaging captions; basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, mobile editing apps).

● Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.

● Strong trend awareness, passion for home and lifestyle, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
