Social Media & Community Manager – KSA (Riyadh)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Community Manager to represent our brand in Saudi Arabia, ensuring our social presence resonates with the local market. As the key contact for community engagement, localized content creation, and on-ground activations, you will work closely with the Dubai-based team to elevate our brand presence in KSA through culturally relevant storytelling, real-time content, and authentic audience engagement.
This role requires a native Saudi Arabic speaker with an excellent grasp of KSA-specific tonality, luxury brand communication, and deep insights into Saudi consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a localized social media strategy aligned with the global and regional brand vision.
- Create KSA-specific content (videos, imagery, and copy) for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with the Dubai-based creative team to localize global campaigns for the Saudi market.
- Cover on-ground activations, events, and collaborations, ensuring real-time social media coverage.
- Stay updated on trends and cultural moments in KSA to ensure timely and relevant content.
2. Community Engagement & Moderation
- Act as the brand voice in KSA, ensuring the tone is aspirational yet engaging and aligned with the luxury industry.
- Manage DMs, comments, and customer inquiries across social platforms with speed, accuracy, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Identify and nurture relationships with high-profile customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Handle potential PR or brand reputation issues by addressing community concerns effectively and proactively.
3. Influencer & KOL Engagement
- Collaborate with Saudi-based influencers, tastemakers, and brand partners to drive awareness and engagement.
- Identify and recommend strategic partnerships with KSA content creators who align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
- Provide regular social media analytics and insights on audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends in KSA.
- Deliver monthly reports with recommendations on how to refine content and engagement strategies for the Saudi audience.
- Benchmark the brand’s social media presence against KSA luxury competitors and provide insights for growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent KSA copywriting skills (fluent in written and spoken English).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or content creation (luxury, fashion, or beauty industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi culture, trends, and consumer behavior in the luxury sector.
- Proficient in content creation, including Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos.
- Skilled in using Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook for luxury brand engagement.
- Experience working with influencers and KOLs in KSA.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a regional team based in Dubai.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for luxury, jewelry, and high-end fashion.
