Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s online presence across social media platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage daily posting on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Run paid advertising campaigns and track performance
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
  • Plan and manage content calendars

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Understanding of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
