Buzzion is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with international clients. We focus on performance-driven marketing, and we’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of social media content—from ideation to execution.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can confidently create, manage, and execute content across multiple accounts. This role is not just about posting—it’s about consistency, creativity, and ownership.

You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, producing both static and video content, and ensuring everything is scheduled and published on time using our internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality static posts (carousels, graphics, etc.)
• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
• Write engaging captions tailored to each brand voice
• Schedule and publish content using tools provided by Buzzion
• Manage multiple accounts with different posting frequencies
• Conduct basic research to ensure content is relevant and valuable
• Engage with audiences (comments, DMs, and relevant content)
• Interact with similar profiles and participate in community groups where required
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule without supervision
• Take full ownership of assigned accounts and deadlines

Content Volume (Weekly)

• Account 1: 3 posts/week
• Account 2: 3 posts/week (research-heavy)
• Account 3: 5 posts/week (includes engagement & community interaction)

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple accounts
• Ability to follow content calendars and meet deadlines consistently
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Good written English for captions and communication

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients
• Understanding of content performance and analytics
• Experience with community engagement strategies
