The Role We need an experienced Social Media Manager who has worked in an agency setting and knows what it takes to manage multiple brand accounts at a high level. You'll own the social presence of our clients — from strategy and content calendars to community engagement and performance reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms for multiple clients
• Developing and executing monthly content calendars aligned with each client's brand voice and marketing objectives
• Writing compelling captions, copy, and CTAs tailored to each platform and audience
• Monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and community building
• Tracking and reporting on performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations
• Coordinating with the design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

What We're Looking For

• Prior agency experience is a hard requirement — candidates without agency background will not be considered
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content strategy, and social media best practices for 2025–2026
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with a high degree of organisation
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar) and analytics platforms
• Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns is a plus

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media management experience, specifically within an agency
• A track record of measurable growth and results for brand accounts
• Portfolio or case studies of accounts managed — please include in your application
