About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own brand-wise marketing strategies for our portfolio, execute campaigns across channels, and drive measurable growth. You will work independently across multiple brands while closely collaborating with the central marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distinct marketing plans and strategies for each brand.
- Liaise with the central marketing team to align and deliver plans.
- Manage social media ad accounts (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) end-to-end — from setup to optimization.
- Independently handle multiple brands simultaneously.
- Drive content creation — copy, briefs, video, and creative direction.
- Build and manage influencer relationships; execute seeding and paid creator campaigns.
- Track, report, and optimize performance against brand-wise KPIs and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years in marketing with experience managing multiple brands or categories.
- Hands-on with social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Strong content creation skills with a portfolio to show.
- Active influencer network with proven collaboration experience.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable with campaign analytics (GA4, dashboards).
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
