Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager for one of our client companies to lead and manage their digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving audience growth and engagement through innovative social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry developments
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization

Good to Have

• Understanding of E-commerce and customer journey
• Knowledge of community building and brand storytelling

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per week
