Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Manage daily social media activities and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in content planning and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience in video content creation and editing.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
