Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the company's digital presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content strategy, content creation, graphic designing, video editing, paid advertising, community management, lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and performance reporting.

The candidate must possess strong expertise in social media marketing, performance marketing, audience growth strategies, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual social media strategies.
• Create content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Plan campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Monitor social media trends and emerging technologies.

Content Creation & Publishing

• Create engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Design graphics, promotional materials, and marketing creatives.
• Produce and edit reels, short videos, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars.

Monthly Deliverables

• Minimum 30 posts per month
• Minimum 12 reels/videos per month
• Minimum 60 stories per month
• Minimum 4 promotional campaigns per month

Graphic Designing & Video Editing

• Create social media graphics and branding materials.
• Edit reels, promotional videos, testimonials, and advertisements.
• Produce high-quality visual content optimized for each platform.
• Maintain visual identity and brand guidelines.

Community Management

• Manage social media inboxes and customer communications.
• Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.
• Maintain positive brand reputation online.
• Escalate customer concerns to relevant departments.

Service Level Requirements

• Response time under 1 hour during working hours.
• Customer response rate above 95%.
• Customer satisfaction score above 90%.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams regarding inquiries and conversions.
• Develop lead generation funnels and conversion campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion paths.
• Monitor lead quality and conversion performance.
