About the role
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across client social platforms
- Write engaging copy and collaborate with our design and video teams on visual content
- Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategy based on results
- Stay ahead of platform trends and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
- Coordinate with clients on content approvals and reporting
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Strong copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Solid understanding of paid social and organic growth strategies
- Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong design skills — Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AI design tools
- Comfortable working with design/video teams to bring content to life
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
