Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end social media operations for a Railway Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining overall platform hygiene, developing effective social media strategies, and coordinating closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain official social media platforms with a focus on content accuracy and brand hygiene
• Formulate and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Coordinate with back-end teams (designers and content writers) for timely and quality deliverables
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate social media performance using analytics tools
• Generate insights and reports to improve engagement, reach, and effectiveness
• Stay updated with social media trends, policies, and platform guidelines

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Experience handling government, public sector, or large-scale institutional accounts will be an advantage
