Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, along with proficiency in various tools and software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually appealing content.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve search visibility.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner while fostering relationships with the online community.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines before publication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and tracking performance.
- Strong skills in content creation including photography, video editing, graphic design, and public relations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience in developing cohesive brand messaging across channels.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in all communications.
