Brookridge Retirement Community is a growing community, . We’re looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and grow our digital community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create engaging posts, graphics, and videos aligned with our brand voice
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for better results
• Stay up to date on social trends and emerging platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or Buffer
• Understanding of analytics and social media advertising
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience In Social Media
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
• Photography or video editing skills
