We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital engagement and brand presence across various platforms. Duties

- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy.
- Optimize content for SEO by performing keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts.
- Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and loyalty.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and grammatical correctness before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and web analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with branding principles, public relations strategies, e-commerce integration, and relationship management techniques.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies based on analytics insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
