Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online identity, connect with our audience, and drive brand growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Duties

  • Film and edit content for multiple brand channels (experience with beauty/skincare is a huge plus)
  • Create compelling multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage daily social media activities
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends to inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices in hashtags and metadata.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite Canva and Capcut for graphic design and video editing tasks.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels while fostering positive relationships with followers through community engagement.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure messaging aligns with overall brand positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management to continuously improve content quality.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva for graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles including keyword research and content optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of social listening tools and techniques for audience insights.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
  • Skilled in content creation across multiple formats including images, videos, blogs, and infographics.
  • Expertise in social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring high-quality content output.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with branding principles, public relations practices, e-commerce integration, and digital marketing trends. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about digital storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and audience engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
