Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are hiring a full-time, in-office team member located in the DMV area (Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia). This is a multi-skilled role focused on design + video + AI-powered content creation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in graphic design (catalogs, brochures, print materials, general design work)
• Strong skills in video editing (short social media videos, ad creatives)
• Ability to create content using AI tools (images, copy, short videos, etc.)
• Professional-level experience with at least one of the following:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects

• Creative, solution-oriented, and strong time management
• Must live in the DMV area and be able to work on-site (not hybrid/remote)

Responsibilities

• Create designs and short videos for social media and digital platforms
• Use AI tools to produce fast, high-quality content
• Develop creative assets for advertising campaigns
• Support brand-consistent design and content projects (catalogs, brochures, marketing materials)
