Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Growth & Content Lead to own our short-form content and social growth in interior Alaska. You’ll be on tour capturing the aurora, editing high‑impact vertical videos, and turning views into direct bookings. This is an on-site role in Fairbanks, Alaska with relocation support and performance-based bonuses!

Your Role

This is a creator-first, growth-focused role. You will:

• Ride along on tours to capture authentic, awe-filled guest moments for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Film high-impact vertical content optimized for Reels and TikTok.
• Develop recurring content series that build brand identity and drive followers and engagement.
• Edit fast, clean, emotionally compelling short-form videos.
• Write captions and calls-to-action that convert.
• Post consistently and manage a structured content calendar.
• Engage with our community in a warm, premium voice via comments, DMs, and stories.
• Track performance metrics weekly and adjust strategy accordingly

This is not a desk job. This is an on-the-ground creative growth role in one of the most visually spectacular places on Earth

What Success Looks Like Within Year One

• Social media drives meaningful direct bookings, with a target of increasing annual direct bookings from 15% to 40%
• Grow our audience from hundreds to thousands of engaged followers, ready to convert
• Achieve consistent engagement rates of 5–10%+ on key platforms.
• Content regularly reaches non-followers and expands brand awareness
• Multiple pieces of content achieve breakout performance
• Guests reference our social content when they book

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
