Social Media Manager and Content Creator

1. Overview

Radial is a national, modern mental health platform focused on making high-quality care more accessible, human, and approachable. Through community-based locations and thoughtful technology, Radial helps people get support faster and with fewer barriers. Local content is a critical part of this mission — it allows us to humanize our care teams, reflect the real communities we serve, and reduce the stigma often associated with seeking mental health support. By showcasing authentic moments, real faces, and local stories, we aim to build trust, normalize care, and help people feel seen, welcomed, and understood before they ever walk through the door.

The Social Media Coordinator will provide monthly content creation, posting, and engagement services to support Radial NYC's social media presence, brand awareness, and audience growth.

2. Monthly Deliverables (15 Posts)

The Social Media Coordinator will deliver the following each month:

Content Creation & Posting

15 total posts per month (ALL IN), with a mix of:

• Original photos
• Original reels (recorded and edited)
• Custom graphics
• Repost centralized Radial content when requested
• 2 on-site visits per month for content capture: 1 visit at Radial Midtown and 1 visit at Radial Williamsburg

Planning & Copywriting

• Monthly Content Calendar delivered in advance to Radial’s Marketing Manager for approval, including content, captions, and dates

Engagement & Community Management

• Daily engagement (Monday–Friday), including:
• Responding to comments and direct messages
• Engaging with relevant accounts and followers
• Engagement is intended to foster authentic interaction and community growth.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monthly Analytics Report, provided at the start of each new month, including:
• Post performance
• Follower growth
• Engagement metrics
• High-level insights and trends

3. Client Responsibilities

Radial will:

• Provide timely access to social media accounts and required assets
• Approve content calendars and drafts within a reasonable timeframeCommunicate brand guidelines, promotions, or updates as needed

4. Revisions

• Reasonable edits are included per post if requested within an agreed review windowAdditional revisions or scope changes may require separate approval and pricing

5. Ownership & Usage

• All final content created under this agreement may be used by Radial for marketing purposes
• The Content Creator may use content for portfolio and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed
