Cabo Fresh Mexican Grill is a fast-growing California-Mexican restaurant brand known for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a vibrant coastal vibe. With multiple locations across Long Island, our mission is simple:

Become the most recognizable fast-casual Mexican brand in the region.

To get there, we’re building a high-performance marketing team and looking for a Content Creator who can capture the energy of our restaurants and turn it into crave-worthy social media content.

If you love food, social media, and storytelling with a camera, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for capturing and creating daily content that makes people crave Cabo Fresh.

Responsibilities include:

• Filming food content (burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, cheese pulls, sizzling proteins, sauce pours)
• Capturing real customer reactions and restaurant energy
• Filming staff personality and behind-the-scenes moments
• Creating short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Working with our marketing team to produce high-volume content
• Identifying social media trends and turning them into viral-style food videos

Our philosophy is simple:

If the video doesn’t make someone crave the food, we don’t post it.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong eye for video and storytelling
• Passion for social media and short-form content
• Comfortable filming people in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Creative thinker who understands what performs on Instagram and TikTok
• Experience filming with iPhone or camera
• Basic editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
• A portfolio of previous content is required

Compensation

Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
