Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, YouTube, and our website.
• Utilize your expertise in algorithms to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance content performance and virality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and platforms to innovate our content creation approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or media environment.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and SEO principles.
• Demonstrated ability to create viral content that has achieved significant views and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
