We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Managerwho lives online (in a healthy way), understands trends beforethey peak, and knows how to turn ideas into content that performs.

Duties

• Create short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and photo content

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Communicate between teams and marketing department
• Write engaging captions and CTAs that sound human, not corporate
• Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar
• Engage with the community (comments, DMs, collaborations)
• Track performance and adjust strategy based on what’s working

• Brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice
• Film, edit, caption, and post content consistently
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit the brand (not copy/paste)

Experience

• Who We’re Looking For

You’re creative, reliable, and actually care about doing good work.

You should have:

• Proven experience creating content for social media (personal or brand)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• A solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics
• Good communication and time management skills
• A creative eye and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked with lifestyle, fashion, creative, or personal brands
• Are comfortable on camera (or directing someone who is)
• Understand branding and storytelling
• Know how to make content that converts, not just looks good
