Role Overview

We’re seeking a freelance Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and potentially YouTube Shorts. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern beauty/wellness content, can translate clinical or educational topics into visually appealing posts, and knows how to grow an audience organically.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and aesthetic
• Create short‑form content (reels, TikToks, educational snippets, lifestyle clips)
• Edit videos and design graphics that feel premium, clean, and modern
• Write captions that balance clarity, personality, and authority
• Manage posting schedule and optimize for engagement
• Research trends and adapt them to our niche
• Collaborate directly with the founder for content direction and brand alignment
• Maintain confidentiality regarding product details and upcoming launches

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or health‑adjacent brands
• Strong understanding of aesthetic, luxury, or clinical‑meets‑lifestyle content
• Skilled in short‑form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Comfortable working with limited initial assets and building a visual identity
• Able to turn complex or scientific topics into simple, engaging content
• Reliable, communicative, and proactive with ideas
• Bonus: experience with UGC creators or influencer coordination
