Social Media Manager & Content creator

Job Summary
We are looking for a self-reliant individual who can plan, film, edit, and create 10-15 pieces of content per week. This includes project photos, before & afters, minor event planning, & short-form content. We run a nursery & landscape service company and tailor our content for premier products, high-quality service, and engaging content.

All equipment is provided including drones, Sony a7iv, phone, mounts, mics, SSD's, subscriptions, and computer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, email blasts.
• Manage social media calendars/lists to ensure consistent posting schedules that maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze content analytics and social media metrics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager to increase brand awareness and conversions.
• Creating digital media using applications like Canva

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, filming techniques, upload quality settings.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Passionate about digital marketing trends, creative storytelling, photography, and video production to produce compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. Join us in shaping digital narratives that inspire connection!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $56,764.40 per year
