Social Media Manager / Content Creator – Dental Practice (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator for our fee-for-service dental practice. You’ll work closely with our management and team to produce high-quality content that strengthens our brand and showcases patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality photography and videography within the office (equipment will be provided)
• Edit and produce polished, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, GMB, YouTube, Facebook, Etc.
• Interview patients, gather testimonials, and film before/after transformations
• Occasionally record short treatment or procedures
• Maintain a structured content calendar
• Oversee marketing projects from concept → execution with strong organization and communication with management throughout the process
• Collaborate with management while still operating with independence and leadership
• Ensure all content meets high visual and creative standards across all channels at all times
• Take feedback well and evolve your work based on guidance

Bonus points if you’ve created content in health, wellness, dental, aesthetics, beauty, or related industries.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of marketing or content creation experience (preferred)
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, visually intentional work
• Someone self-driven, detail-oriented, and creatively confident
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable being around medical settings
• Reliable commute to the Millburn area or plans to relocate before starting

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shift
• No weekends
• Occasional events quarterly

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
