Social Media Manager / Content Creator (In-Office Only)

Dental Made Easy is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help grow our brand and attract new patients through engaging content and targeted advertising.

This is NOT a remote position. The candidate must work in-office to film content, capture patient transformations, and work directly with our team.

We are looking for someone who understands content creation, social media growth, and paid advertising and can use data and analytics to improve performance and drive real results.

Responsibilities

• Film and create short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) in the office
• Post and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
• Run and manage Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns focused on new patient growth
• Track analytics, performance metrics, and optimize campaigns
• Work with doctors and staff to capture content and patient transformations

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Comfortable filming and creating video content in-office
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram ads)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media trends
