Social Media Manager / Content Creator – Real Estate | Dubai

Serdar Properties is a growing real estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai. We deal with off-plan and resale property sales. We need a Social Media Manager to lead our content, engagement, and growth across digital channels.

Role Overview
You will shape our online presence. From content planning, design coordination, posting, community management, to analytics and reporting. You’ll work with the creative team (photographer / designer) and performance marketing manager to align campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)
• Plan content calendar, captions, hooks, and CTAs
• Post content regularly and engage with followers (comments, DMs)
• Work with photographer / designer to produce visuals, reels, videos
• Run small organic growth campaigns / collaborations / influencer outreach
• Monitor performance (reach, engagement, KPIs), report weekly/monthly
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and content formats
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements

• 2+ years social media or digital marketing experience (real estate a plus)
• Strong writing skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, analytics)
• Creative mindset, understanding content trends, reels, short video formats
• Good coordination skills and ability to work with other teams
• Based in UAE and available to join soon

• Salary range: AED 4000 – 8000+ per month (depending on experience)
