Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies to effectively engage audiences and strengthen brand identity. Responsibilities include creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across various platforms, optimizing performance through SMO, and collaborating with the creative team to align content with broader marketing goals. The role involves staying updated on industry trends, engaging with the audience, and generating reports to improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital trends
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with visual storytelling or content production is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
