Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Handle Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business completely
• Plan and execute weekly & monthly content calendars
• Maintain brand aesthetics and profile consistency
• Post content regularly and manage engagement

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit raw videos into high-quality reels
• Create strong, scroll-stopping hooks (first 3 seconds optimization)
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects & trend-based formats
• Repurpose content across platforms

AI & Smart Tools Usage

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Canva AI, etc.) for:
• Caption writing
• Hook creation
• Content ideas
• Script structuring
• Trend research
• Improve content efficiency using AI workflows
• Stay updated with latest AI content trends

Analytics & Growth Strategy

• Track insights (reach, engagement rate, watch time, saves, shares)
• Analyze what works and optimize content strategy
• Suggest improvements based on data
• Monthly performance reporting
• Implement strategies to increase organic growth

Required Skills

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro etc.)
• Smart hook writing ability
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm & content psychology
• Ability to read and interpret analytics
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation
• Basic graphic design (Canva preferred)
• Independent decision-making ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
