About the Role

AllThings Plus Business Hub is a U.S.–based company currently expanding and building a strong foundation.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle:

  • Social media management
  • Content writing (English required)
  • Social media design (Canva/Figma)
  • Basic advertising campaigns
  • SEO basics
  • Monthly calendars & strategies
  • Coordination and communication

This role is perfect for someone who understands branding, marketing structure, and clean U.S.-style content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement)
  • Create monthly content calendars
  • Generate content ideas and marketing angles
  • Write captions in clean English
  • Design simple and professional social media posts (Canva/Figma)
  • Create stories, reels ideas, and promotional concepts
  • Monitor analytics and create weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist with simple Meta/Google ads
  • Perform SEO basics (keywords, titles, descriptions)
  • Follow U.S.-style branding and tone
  • Coordinate tasks, communication, and follow-ups
  • Stay updated with trends and new AI tools

Requirements

  • Social media management experience (professional, not personal pages)
  • Strong English writing skills (required)
  • Ability to design clean social media posts (Canva/Figma)
  • Knowledge of basic advertising (Meta/Google)
  • Basic SEO understanding
  • Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with U.S. business style or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating pitch decks or presentations
  • Experience with content writing or script writing
  • Understanding of brand identity and consistency
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools
  • Experience working with international or U.S. clients
