## Job opening: Performance Marketer / Media Buyer (TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads)
### Position Objective
Setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads, as well as analyzing results through Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Primary responsibility: generating high-quality leads and increasing the effectiveness of advertising budgets.
### Responsibilities
1. Advertising Campaign Management
* Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery).
* Setting up targeting, audiences, UTM tags, conversions, pixels, and events.
* Working with video creatives, banners, and text – monitoring performance and adjusting based on results.
2. Analytics and Optimization
* Setting up and using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
* Monitoring key metrics: CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversions.
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
* Hypothesis testing, A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
3. Creative and Communications
* Collaborating with designers and the video production team to develop effective creatives.
* Visual analysis: understanding which ads are performing well and which need improvement.
* Proposing ideas for new formats (UGC, native advertising, short videos, etc.).
4. Integrations and Technical Tasks
* Setting up pixels, meta tags, conversion events, and other tracking elements.
* Connecting and mastering new analytics tools for user behavior analysis. * Working with a CRM system for lead generation and analysis (optional: Bitrix24, HubSpot, Behomes CRM).
5. Participation in strategy
* Developing media plans and budget forecasts.
* Assessing the effectiveness of various promotion channels.
* Collaborating with the marketing department on a functional lead generation funnel.
### Requirements
* Experience running advertising campaigns (TikTok / YouTube / Google) — at least 6 months.
* Knowledge of targeting principles, contextual advertising, semantics, and sales funnels.
* Understanding of the basics of digital marketing, analytics, and performance-based approaches.
* Experience with GA4, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Studio / Ads.
* Proficiency in English is required.
* Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on metrics.
* Basic design sense and understanding of the visual principles of creative work.
* Willingness to learn new tools and software for user signal analysis.
* Knowledge of the Digital/Real Estate/Automotive/Product Marketing markets is desirable.
### A plus
* Experience promoting digital products or SaaS platforms.
* Experience working with marketplaces or auto platforms.
* Understanding of the customer journey and building multiple landing pages.
* Experience with Notion, Canva, or Figma for quick adaptation of materials.
