Own our acquisition and retention funnel across paid and organic channels, from campaign setup to reporting and optimization.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok); manage budgets & ROAS.
  • SEO & ASO basics: keyword research, on-page, and link-building coordination.
  • Email/SMS lifecycle: welcome, nurture, win-back flows; A/B tests.
  • Track with GA4, Tag Manager, and dashboards; deliver weekly insights.
  • Coordinate with content & design for high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage influencers/creators and affiliate partners.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in digital marketing/performance marketing.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads + Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube).
  • Comfortable with GA4, UTM tracking, Looker/Data Studio or similar.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Arabic fluent; strong English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify/WordPress funnels, CRM (HubSpot), or marketing automation.
  • Basic SQL or Python for marketing analytics.
