We are seeking a skilled Growth Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and performance optimization across both paid and organic growth channels.
You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive measurable business growth. This position is ideal for a growth-driven professional with strong experience in B2B marketing who can independently manage performance, tracking, and reporting.
Campaign Setup & Management: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Tracking & Analytics Setup: Implement and manage tracking systems (HubSpot , Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.) to ensure accurate measurement of conversions and performance across platforms. Build and maintain Looker Studio , HubSpot dashboards and KPI reports to visualize performance and guide data-driven decisions.
Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, bidding, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI.
SEO & GEO: Develop and execute the company’s SEO and GEO (Generative AI Optimization) strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance website visibility through SEO and GEO improvements, AI-driven content optimization, and keyword performance tracking that complement paid campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare actionable insights to guide campaign and budget decisions.
Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests and try new strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to lead generation, campaign alignment, and conversion tracking.
Proven experience (minimum five years) managing media buying campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) .
Strong understanding of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, HubSpot dashboards etc.).
Expertise (minimum five years) in SEO activities and keyword optimization.
Solid background (minimum five years ) in B2B marketing (tech or SaaS experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for performance improvement.
Experience with HubSpot and integrating it into campaign workflows is a strong plus
Up-to-date with the latest digital advertising and SEO / GEO trends .
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.
A part-time growth specialist (hours based on campaign needs).
Someone who can handle both strategy and execution, including analytics and tracking.
A results-driven professional with a proven track record in SEO , paid media and performance optimization.
