Social Media Manager / Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager / Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing digital strategies that drive growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos
• Develop monthly content calendars tailored for each client
• Monitor daily activity, respond to comments/messages, and handle community engagement
• Run basic social media ads (boosts, targeted campaigns) when needed
• Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients for timely execution of campaigns
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
• Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for brand campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in social media management (agency experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms
• Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
• Ability to create content ideas independently
• Good writing skills for captions and communication
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in Johar Town, Lahore

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience running paid ads
• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of influencer marketing
• Creative mindset with trend awareness
