Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative and organized professional who can plan, strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.
• Create, plan, and schedule campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring content to life.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be confident, creative, and a team player.
