Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and support our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)

* Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with the brand’s voice and goals

* Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement

* Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions

* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

* Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business objectives

* Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

* Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms

* Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills

* Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Graphic design, video editing, or content creation skills (preferred but not mandatory)
